Job description

A shipping platform helping eCommerce companies seamlessly manage their shipping operations is looking for a NetSuite API Developer. The developer will be responsible for implementing the label generation and tracking tools within an existing NetSuite instance. The candidate will work closely with customers in need of these services for varying requests and specific aspects of their implementation. The company processes millions of shipments per month for more than 35,000 customers. They are backed by some of the top investors such as Union Square Ventures, FundersClub, etc., and valued at $1 billion. This is a great chance to work in a collaborative environment and grow rapidly. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help our new customers integrate the company’s API with their new instances
  • Implement our label generation and tracking tools within an existing NetSuite instance
  • Understand how customers use our products and work on constantly improving them
  • Provide accurate reporting based on tracking statuses
  • Help us provide the lowest cost options for shipping during the label generation process

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be skilled with NetSuite
  • Must have an eye for detail and improving in lackluster areas
  • Enthusiastic and proactive to bring new ideas to the table, overstep your boundaries and challenge those around you
